Reach Truck (SAIOSH)

A Reach Truck operator is trained to safely operate reach truck equipment used for lifting, moving, stacking, and retrieving pallets in warehouses, distribution centres, and storage areas.

The training usually covers pre-use inspections, safe driving, load handling, stacking and de-stacking, working in narrow aisles, height awareness, pedestrian safety, battery care, and correct parking or shutdown procedures.
