QCTO Assessment Centre Support

SmartZone provides professional support for QCTO-aligned occupational training and assessment processes, including preparation for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).

The EISA is a national, standardised assessment that confirms learner competence and supports the awarding of Occupational Certificates for registered occupational qualifications, part-qualifications and trades.

Regulations 638

SmartZone offers training support for Persons in Charge of Food Premises, aligned with South African food safety and hygiene requirements.

This course is designed for food business owners, managers and responsible persons who need to understand the legal and practical requirements for operating a food premises safely and compliantly.

The training introduces key food safety principles, including general hygiene requirements, HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). It also supports responsible persons with the knowledge required when applying for a Certificate of Acceptability and operating their food business legally.

I am responsible to WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Report) submission for all our clients. I also assist in the DG (Discretionary Grant) application for all our clients and the implementation there off. 
 
I am also part of the sales team, responsible for the selling of Cantamessa’s Accredited and Non-Accredited programmes. As part of sales, I also sell the Business Expect product to the existing clients and the new clients.
