The Lattice Boom Mobile Truck Crane C39 Operator programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to safely and efficiently operate a lattice boom mobile truck crane with a rated capacity of above 50 tons. This QCTO-aligned programme combines theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on training to ensure learners meet industry standards and legislative requirements.

Throughout the programme, learners gain the skills to conduct pre-operational inspections, interpret load charts, assess lifting risks, plan and execute lifting operations, operate the crane safely, and perform routine maintenance in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the National Code of Practice for Lifting Machine Operators. Strong emphasis is placed on safe working practices, hazard identification, effective communication, and operational efficiency in construction, mining, engineering, infrastructure, and industrial environments.
