Incident Investigation(SAIOSH)

Incident Investigation training focuses on identifying the causes of workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts so that corrective actions can be taken to prevent them from happening again.

The training usually covers incident reporting, evidence gathering, interviewing witnesses, identifying immediate and root causes, completing investigation documents, recommending corrective actions, and following occupational health and safety procedures.
