The course focuses on helping learners identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, support safety communication, receive complaints, assist with incident investigations and participate in workplace safety activities.
The programme is suitable for low-risk workplaces such as offices, retail environments, schools, training centres, healthcare administration areas and other workplaces where health and safety monitoring is required.
By completing this course, learners should be able to support safer workplaces by promoting compliance, reporting risks and helping employees understand basic OHS requirements.
