Counterbalanced Lift Truck F4 Driver(SAIOSH)

The Counterbalanced Lift Truck F4 Driver programme prepares learners to safely and efficiently operate a counterbalanced lift truck with a rated capacity above 15 000 kg. This training is intended for operators working in high-risk, heavy-duty environments where large, bulky, or extremely heavy loads must be lifted, moved, positioned, stacked, stored, or retrieved. Learners are trained to conduct pre-start and post-operation inspections, identify and report defects, assess load weight and stability, interpret capacity information, operate the lift truck according to workplace traffic rules, and apply safe lifting, travelling, stacking, refuelling, shutdown, and emergency procedures. Because F4 lift trucks handle very heavy loads, the programme places strong emphasis on machine stability, load centre, centre of gravity, braking distance, blind spots, ground conditions, pedestrian control, communication, and strict compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
